A non-refundable retainer fee of $125.00 or 30% (greater of two) is required to secure our services. For services $100.00 or less a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of the service cost is required to secure our services. This fee is applied to your total balance once services have been secured. A minimum of 50% deposit of your invoice total must be paid at least 21 days prior to your event. The full balance must be paid within 7 business days of your event. Any services booked within two weeks of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. Retainer fee is non-refundable..
